Hi everyone meet Pookie-Wookie - She soooooo wants her own human! I am such a wonderful dog, a beautiful black lab mix with gorgeous brown eyes. I've made it through some tough times but I've managed to kept my sweetness and gentleness. I just want a human to call my own who will love me just as much as I can love him or her. I may take a little bit of time to know that you are safe, but once I'm comfortable, I'll be your loyal companion. I'm great on a leash, sensing how fast or slow you want to go, and love to play and be silly when given the chance. I am a bit scared of cats - I just don't understand them, but I don't chase them and could probably learn to be nice if a cat wants to be friends. I would really prefer to be with my human - and not kept by myself, because I get scared sometimes. I'm very smart and will try to find a way to be with my human, if I am kept alone. I love hugs and am a great snuggler.Pookie is about 5 years old, spayed, up to date on shots and microchipped. She will make a great companion dog and keep a big smile on your face. Adoption Fee in $125 and transport in FL can be arranged.
