GEORGIA American Staffordshire Terrier Adult Female in Tallahassee, Florida

My story
I`m Georgia! I`m 63lbs. I wandered into someone`s yard, covered in fleas and dirt and smelling like cigarette smoke. The homeowner brought me to the shelter until my owners could be found but they never were. Truth be told, I`ve been pretty stressed here. It may have appeared that I wasn`t living in ideal conditions where I was before, but it was home and this place is noisey and I`m not used to all the other dogs barking here. I am shy with new people, but I do appreciate their company especially if they are gentle, kind and patient with me. I appear to be housetrained and have some basic manners. My favorite treat is cheese, but I`ll consider others that you may offer. I am social with other dogs and would do great in a home with another happy dog. If you are looking for a mature, chill, introverted girl who is loyal, affectionate and smart, check me out as everyone who meets me says I`m a gem!
